DOCTRINE: (STATEMENT OF FAITH)

AUTHORITY OF THE BIBLE:
We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the only infallible rule of faith and practice for the Christian life.

THE TRINITY OF GOD:
We believe that there is one true and living God, existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit and each are equally deserving worship and obedience.

THE FATHER
We believe that God the Father is the first Person of the Trinity. He is the Creator, orders and disposes all things according to his Own purpose and grace. God, by His sovereign choice and love, sent Christ into the world to save sinners.

JESUS-CHRIST
We believe that Jesus Christ in the flesh was both God and man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary and lived a sinless life; He was crucified for our sins, and was raised from the dead. Later, He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father as advocate and high priest interceding for believers.

THE HOLY SPIRIT

We believe in the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, eternally omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent. The Holy Spirit is co-equal in nature, attributes, and power as God the Father and the Son. The ministry of the Holy Spirit is there to:

Convict the world of sin, righteousness, and of judgment.
Act as the sovereign Agent in regeneration and transforming believers into the image of Christ
Sanctify, guide, equip, instruct, and empower all believers and prepare for the Kingdom of God unto the day of redemption/salvation.

MAN

We believe that mankind was originally created by God in His image and likeness. Man fell through sin by disobeying God and consequently incurred physical and spiritual death. As a result of the fall, all mankind are sinners by nature and practice, unable to save self and faces eternal condemnation.

THE CHURCH: COMMUNITY OF BELIEVERS

We believe that all who place their faith in Jesus Christ are united into one spiritual Body, the church of which Christ is the Head. We believe that the church began at Pentecost, and will be completed at the rapture. We believe that every Christian is to be a part of a local church for fellowship since this is God’s primary context for spiritual development and community impact to propa
